The applicant requested a continuation. The board discussed the practicality of the applicant being prepared for May or June. JK stated he has not received revised plans and that the Planning Board has the applicant before them on April 26th.
AP motion to continue to July 5, 2018 at 7 pm.

Other Business:
JK handed out the LMP Properties vs. ZBA appeal for relief on LMP’s cease and the desist order issued by the Building Commissioner.
JK handed out the Old Farm Realty Trust Billboard Land Court Decision.
JK stated that in April he will be discussing with the Planning Board zoning map recommended changes and will update the Board when a formal hearing will take place if the Board recommends moving the changes forward.
PD motion to close the hearing.
